Pretty much. Figure out the last time you had bowel movement.
If you time them correctly. You can move the bowels. Douche after and have less issues.
Don't douche to deeply and with to much liquid or you run into enema territory which means loose material from deeper in the colon rather than just the bowel.

Nothing fatty or greasy in your diet.
Plenty fibre in your diet: muesli, flaxseed, veg and fruit etc.
Drink plenty water
Nothing spicy or creamy and you’ll be sorted

I only do anal with regular FWBs and luckily the first one I did it with discussed it with me beforehand and advised using a douche and it was all lovely and clean no mess but I suffer from IBS so sometimes I have to rule it out |

Enough of the crap (see what I did there)...
Anyway, douching is not a quick thing, depends on depth of cleanliness needed, a shower douche head is brill, take as much water as is conformable and hold it in, massage your tummy and lean torso left and right. Use body temp water not hot or cold. Do this as many times as needed, the higher the play the longer it takes - I had one top who loved doing to me! Anyway diet well 24hrs before, and allow 2-3 hours post cleaning before deep play. Hope this helps
