Why can't I send messages?
I was blocked 4 breaking the rules, I understand that, but then they were working again, now they're not?

Interesting, I didn't even know there were rules about messages, other than people could report you for being abusive?
When your messages were restricted previously, was a time limit set for their reinstatement? If so, has it expired? |

They just started working again and now stopped again.
