Our coworker (female) who knows about our swinging life is probably into us....not sure if we should do it ? We dont think we will do it but would be nice to hear your opinion  |

Nobody knows the relationship you have with them. Only you can determine if it's a good or bad move. If in doubt, don't but if you're all grown up enough to see it as just sex fun then why not. |

what happens when you decide one way or the other shes not for you or you for her, that will create a very awkward working life  |

Decide for yourselves what your position is as a couple.
Decide whether it's worth the very real risks that could come with it.
Then, if you want it, find out (extremely carefully) whether she's game
