"You should also reconsider your own actions in leaving a 'meeting in person' verification, for someone you have not met. "
They said they've met the couple. I read it that they've been blown on repeat meet.

They advertised the “gagging for it” thing on the day they were going to meet you? |

"Why would you want to cancel the veri for the first meet?
It sounds a bit petulant to be honest."
If they let them down on the second meet and went ahead and put a status up for a meet I'd block them to remove the veri too. That's just rude. They should of been honest and said they'd changed their minds ! |

But verified means "verified real people", not "real and totally not a pile of poo". |

Yeah but the first meet obviously went OK so it's unfair to just remove that veri because the ended up being dickheads. |

Yes exactly. It's still true, and if blocking means the words go, that's still the technically correct state to be in. |

Sorry if I sound daft but I’m confused. You had met, had a good meet so left a good verification. Second meet around and they didn’t want to meet so you no longer want them to have the first verification you gave them? If they let you down without warning yes that is quite rude and I can understand your frustration but perhaps they didn’t have as good a meet as you felt they had? Perhaps they felt they couldn’t be direct with you? It just seems a little....idk petty. |
