So, theres a lady I work with (Primary School) and shes the ultimate flirt.

Ive had the horn form her for over a year, 33, craking body, and the ultimate MILF. Shes a parent of two, and has a husband.

We have flirty chat every day, with sly sexual innuendos.

Today i dropped the "whats your fella getting you for Valentines?" line to which she replied, he wants me to get a nurses outfit, which led to a conversationa bout bedroom attire. This is the fursthest we've ever gone in the flirt department, so i pushed it, and asked, "what would you prefer to wear?" to which she said, "i like the ultimate lingerie set, with stockings the lot, but i take it all off too quick. What do you like?" Luckily im sat down cause at this point i want in.

Shes the ultimate cock tease, but i just know shes dirty. Woudlnt surprise me if she's secrelty on here.

So, getting to you guys. should i go for it and get flirtier and try to get it, or back off, its not worth it.

ALSO, she knows my ex.

Turn up on Valentines Day dressed as a doctor. She'll know that you want to see her as a nurse. Take along a prescription line for authenticity and make her work a twelve hour shift covered in sick. Then smash her backdoor in. By that I mean her arse. Not her backdoor of house. That's criminal damage.

When single my (her) rule was always never mix business and pleasure, my career and reputation within work is too great to risk.

I would rather let the teasing be in the minds of the recipients and not in earshot of colleagues.

Depends if you want to be the reason for breaking a family apart or not you need to start thinking with your head than what's between your legs especially in the long term and by the sounds of it her man seems put in the effort for their relationship so what gives you the right to ruin that if she likes playing with fire by all means let her but keep yourself clear for your own good

Different as in shes got personality and character and humour. Like i have feelings for her.

Shes forver moaning (like most couples do) about her fella, and the way she is with me makes me think shes not that interested, is what i meant.

Having spent time as a volunteer in a Primary School, I was told I needed to sign a number of declarations about school policy. One was to prevent any inappropriate behaviour or speech between m_mbers of staff. Did you not have to sign something similar?

Be wary of flirtatious women in the work place with husbands. You can sometimes end up looking foolish when your advances are rejected.

Having said that she's as responsible as you are for the situation you're in now so she might be up for it.

If you're sure she's as keen as you are, go ahead. You're not the first (as you say yourself) to have a workplace affair and you won't be the last. You will be no more responsible for the fall out (if there is any, there often as isn't) than she is.

As an aside I wouldn't be saying the type of establishment I work in, people can be very odd.

Think it through, what if it gets messy, you both work there.

Stop flirting and see what happens, just be friendly but no flirting at ALL.

YOU might be looking for harmless NSA sex, she might SEEM to but actually doesn't.

Be good, you can ignore it. Find someone else.

She's married mate and her husband is clearly giving her the attention she needs with her new outfit . I would just keep to flirting and leave it at that . There's plenty single people in this world without trying to ruin someone else's life. I've been that husband that had his heart broken by my ex wife and I would never want to put someone through that.

Rules concerning sexual harassment in the workplace aren't a new thing. They've been around for years. I find it absolutely gob smacking that anyone still thinks that they can get away with such behaviour or even that they think it's acceptable or even harmless.

She's happily told him that she's getting a nurses outfit but would prefer lingerie.

"She's married mate and her husband is clearly giving her the attention she needs with her new outfit . I would just keep to flirting and leave it at that . There's plenty single people in this world without trying to ruin someone else's life. I've been that husband that had his heart broken by my ex wife and I would never want to put someone through that. "

Definitely not worth it.

(It will actually end up fucking you up too.)

There are much better ways to get laid.

Schools don't tolerate adults hitting each other for sure. It's a giant leap from flirting to fisticuffs though

"So, theres a lady I work with (Primary School) and shes the ultimate flirt.

ALSO, she knows my ex."

Best advice I can give you is

Take your face pics down. You work in a school!

It is but the school would find out what it's over and I presume disciplinary actions would follow is it really worth tarnishing a hard worked career

What you describe is one possible outcome. There are many others including her just being a natural flirt with no intention of doing anything more.

Of course this could be normal behaviour for her and she sees no harm in it which is perfectly fine but by the sound of this guy the thing dangling between his legs seems to be doing all the thinking lol

So the conclusion is this.

Lots of you clearly never have worked in a school, and also make a lot of rubbish up.

Secondly, shouts to the guys that actually made sense and not tried to call people out.

The thread was titled, advice. Not “Am i dick?”

With said advice, from a few, you have swayed me to keep my nut down and crack on.

To those who think schools are different work places to others because kids are there... we have things called staff rooms. We also are adults. We all also have genitals. Im glad your podiums of superiority are still shining bright.

Good day ????

I’d stay clear. She might flirt a lot but you could find it quickly changes if you try to take it further and it will be super awkward.

Make sure at the very least that you don’t do anything that leaves a paper trail aka sending nudes or dirty texts. Could get you in trouble with work if she wants you gone after because she feels awkward.

I worked in a restaurant years ago and a man at a work party was accused of sexual assault because he had sex with a married woman in the toilets, but it all came out that she just didn’t want her husband to think she’d willingly cheated.

Be careful mate as it can go really wrong really easy. Stay safe!

in my opinion it isn't perfectly fine for a woman to behave like that unless she makes it clear that she's just flirting. If she has no intention of taking things further she should shut the conversation down

Flirty banter is one thing, a sexual liaison is something entirely different. Only you know the path that this is on OP.

What I will say is that schools are generally a hot bed of affairs and encounters. It rarely ends well, I'd stay away if it were me.

This happened in a school I work in, the husband came in and chinned the other bloke in reception.

I work on the basis that I don't want my actions to be responsible for making someone feel sad. So she sounds like she's happily married (we all whine) so I'd step away.

I haven't said that.

People get very odd about who is around their children, they require different standards from education professionals than they do even from themselves. A disgruntled, hypocritical parent could make a teacher's position very difficult.

However you must do as you think fit but as you're at the start of your career the precaution of hiding your face and any identifying features would seem sensible to me.

In the interests of research google Lydia Ferguson

I think a few people have missed the part where i said sexual interactions and relationships, do and have happened in schools. If you think they don't, and havent at maybe yours or your child's school then think again.

The lectures about my profession and standards ect have nothing to do with the issue.

Its getting a bit boring.

hey its your life and people flirt that is life but shes married with kids and shes your colleague, if you've been flirting for a year shes obviously not going to take it further shes just enjoying your attention, its like being here for many women lots of attention and the choice is always theirs, the potential of a negative ending is too high just go for someone single and keep her as a friend
