What are the best stockings out there that are reasonably priced but decent quality.

Mrs K is looking to wear them more often but the Ann summers ones just aren’t the best.

Cheers x

I don't think you can beat good old M&S (£5 I think!) but Primarni actually do some decent ones too (they do some hold ups with stripey tops and someone is wearing them on every other pic on here - they must be good!!)

Hope you don't mind me saying as am a 6 foot TV. I buy M&S but getting the longest one's can be hard to find sometimes. I normally have to ask the ladies in the shop. To see if they have the biggest size . As they seem to be the 1st to sell out.

I can sympathise cos I have the most thunderous thighs ever! But I find M&S largest size are fine. Actually I've had some plus size ones from Love Honey and they're good as well.

Nice photo.

But I have found out a lot of years ago the fancy dress shop near me. Sells fishnets very very cheap and they come in white red and black. Because everyone buying the fancy dress costumes all ways buy fishnets to go with them.

So try online or your nearest shop

Primarks are really good, I bought some expensive Ann summers ones, they went in the bin and primark ones matched perfect. Another option, on ebay and amazon they do stocking effect tights, so the garter belt and the stocking are all one piece, good for fuller thighs too and they can’t roll down your leg when you don’t want them too, definitely worth a look as an addition

It’s M&S hold ups for this ‘lady’. I have both natural and opaque hold ups, and they always seem to stay up .... I’m a tall girl sob go for xl.

You won’t find stockings in M&S anymore - they’ve stopped selling them! My first choice for stockings is always Stockingshq.

"Always seems odd to me, the number of stores that sell suspender belts, but no stockings to be found anywhere."

and equally. The quality of suspender belts you find on the high street is always quite poor, flimsy belts with narrow plastic clips. Much better quality is gained online from stocking suppliers, I find.

Depends upon the style you're after. For a good selection I use stockingsdirect.co.uk

TKMax can be good, but like everything with TKMax it's really hit and miss.

Honour (Waterloo and online) and Harmony (Soho, Oxford Street and online) also do a good selection, but quality can be hit and miss.

Slightly off topic, I find Tesco hold ups pretty good value and they do hold up fairly well

For anyone with curvier thighs I highly recommend “biggie biggs” stockings. You can find them on amazon for like £10. I’ve used them for work for the past year now. If they can withstand 10hour shifts of active pole dancing then those bad boys can take on anything x

I'm a 5'10" woman. As women have longer legs than men (proportionally) I likely have a similar inseam to you.

I really rate the Tesco hold ups. They're very long.

I don't have large thighs so I don't know how they do for curvier women. But I think they're ace.
