My question would be, what do you want from the dungeon. Depending on your answer, this could lead to a more accurate recommendation.
Do you want equipment? Do you want atmosphere? Do you want privacy?
Do you want to interact with other people, swingers or kinksters?
How far do you want to travel?

VA holds Twisted one Sunday every month where they put out equipment. Despite being held at VA it tends to be more serious fetishists whereas Swish at Old Hellfire has a more swinger/kink crossover. I am told that the old LeBoudiour premises had a decent dungeon, but it is not my kind of place.
