"Anyone in Crawley area qualified in massage, wife has a back issue "
You would be better off contacting a professional off the site, some on here mean well or could think it’s a good way of getting a meet but could cause more damage. |

A massage might not be the best thing. Ive suffered with my back and while in 'pain' mode if any touched it id be clinging to a ceiling...

You need to see professional for a medical issue that is trained and insured. Start with your doctor perhaps or google in your area. Please don't take risks (signed phyio) |

Google The Richard's Centre in Crawley. Well worth seeing what the issue is before jumping straight into massage with people from fab of unknown skill set.
After you've got professional advice feel free to ask though |

Best to contact your GP and get some professional advice, a reputable massage therapist would recommend you do this prior to treatment taking place. Also, they would need proof, ie a GP note stating that it's OK to massage. Best not to ask random people on here as they could do more harm than good. |

No professional would give a massage without an examination and maybe a GP referral. If they weren't qualified or insured then it's plain bonkers to just put your hands on someone. I'm qualified but no longer insured so physical health no fun and enjoyment yes. |

Take care, I have Trained in Swedish massage techniques. We were advised to be very careful doing back massage, especially of the lower back. Massage is primarily about muscle tone and relaxation. A first bit of advice would be to see your GP meanwhile pay attention to your posture. Good luck. |
