It may be better to be more specific..

Does she want to be fucked thru the hole (cshez gh) or suck cock thru a gh?I imagine all the clubs have them by now..or you can look nearby for private ones.

Ok...check out Czech glory holes and you may find the best way forward is to create your own design to suit..

That way you can also police any visitors you will have..
