Been dogging for over 30 years and with my partner for 5. Mostly not dangerous and most are very shy. Not an offence if you work it out. Most people that are put off are because they do not want to get caught because they should not be there. Who is the offender? you having sex in the privacy of your own car in a remote spot - or the peeping tom at the window who complains? |

The practice of dogging is not explicitly banned under one particular law but anyone caught doing it an be charged under a number of offences inc indecent exposure, public lewdness, and gross indecency amongst them. People caught dogging can be charged under the sexual offences act. One or two have found themselves on the sex offenders register. What people do is up to them but you must take into account all the risks and the consequences of your actions. |

Somewhere dark and sleazy |
"Go with realistic expectations...you may spend a boring night in a carpark, you may get arrested, you may get murdered and stuffed into a small suitcase or you might have some dirty fun."
A boring night in a carpark being the most likely outcome but always a chance of some dirty fun. L X |
