I used to struggle but when I’ve built trust with a partner it becomes much easier.

I think in my case it was a sub-conscious psychological block letting me cum rather than physical problem or the blower being crap, I felt I was close but it was like I could not step over the line. This has changed a bit now. Maybe some other guys are the same who are still struggling |

It's more common than you might think. Mostly psychological I think in most cases, about trust, letting go, sometimes hangups around it being 'wrong' in some way, sometimes just due to too much wanking and getting used to one way of cumming.

I find it very difficult, unless i havent cum for about a week. Even then, i really have to concentrate. I think its learned behaviour. My sex life at home is maybe a couple of times a year at best, a bj being just out of the question. I think subconciously i think they dont want to really do it. Do you communicate during OP?
With patience and communication I think this could be achieved. If she wants to give you the happy ending she will work with you on it no matter how long it takes.
