We have done this scenario as a MMF with myself (her) blindfolded.

I did this for S. She didn't know who it was until a afterwards, although afterwards we actually said it could have been even more mysterious to have not allowed the blindfold iff until he'd left.
There has to be 100% trust for this to work. S knows that I know what she likes and also that I'm proud enough of her to not just let anyone near her.
We all had a great time. It was a very exciting scenario. |

It sounds really cliche but trust and communication. As others have suggested use toys whilst blindfolded to simulate the experience but talk about it openly whilst sober and not horny to explore both of your true feelings about the situation. Guarantee that if you randomly blindfold her and then there's a knock at the door she's far more likely to say no rather than yes.

Just a thought, but if she's already struggling with confidence then blindfolding her could potentially make her feel more vulnerable rather than more confident.
I'd say this is something that you need to fully discuss as a couple before you consider it & only do it if she is absolutely on board with the idea.
