Attracting the wrong kind of attention

We have both been attracting alot of the wrong kind attention and been receiving alot of pretty terrible mail since returning back to fab?
Would it be possible that our profile is implying something that we are not seeing or putting off the people who we are looking to meet?
Be interested in some honest reviews on what people think of our profile and what it's saying about us if anyone would be good enough?

I can guess the tone that messages are taking and discussion of that is not allowed on the form. Anything abusive or illegal, report.
Being a furry is not something that comes up a lot of fab and I suspect that is your problem. I suggest you explain what it is at the start of your profile and tone down some of the language eg "paws" etc |

Unfortunately when we adjust our filters we get streams of fancy a Fuck messages and Dick pictures so we minimise it to when we're looking for them that is the sad truth  |

I cant quite explain it but I can understand why you would be attracting undesirable attention based on your profile text.
I think it's some of your language and things you said like the going into the wilderness part. Cant put my finger on it |

I've never heard of this however having done a bit of research I find the idea quite stimulating.

I would suggest that you consider 2 different profiles or a different site for the fetish side of things.
Your profile is very initially very Furry dominant. This is likely to result in many not getting far enough through, to realise that it may not actually be that big a part of your life after all.
Oh and ignore, report and block the ones sending abuse. |

Welcome to our world.
Many of the messages we receive are from people whose vocabulary is as limited as their imaginations. As a queer couple we get an astonishing range of messages that prove people don't read profiles or will ahve failed comprehension at primary schools. (There's an entire thread on one of the forums about men who don't realise that the male in a queer couple might be a top, despite our profile being explicit)
As furries you're getting the same stuff we do but to a much greater intensity; block, bulk delete and just hope you find the odd message that really does pique your interest,

Hey you are just fun furries. Nothing wrong with that!
If people have a problem with your profile it is their problem and not yours.
You do safe, sane and consensual so messages that are kink shaming then just delete and block. Fabs can be so vanilla at times

We are a right pair of furry devients.
We like nothing more than donning our Furring outfits and going out foraging out into the wilderness to find other filthy animals (Furries) for fun.
This bit sounds like an introduction to The Wombles  (Only joking)
Personally, I think its good to see something original amongst all the other usual profiles.

I think you should ignore all the haters and just be who you are. I read your bio and it seems very clear what your after and that it’s all done a bit tongue in cheek. I am actually curious as to what a furry is/does but a bit worried to google lol.

Probably the case that people are not really reading our profile and getting the fact that it's more of a non serious carry on film style tongue in cheek giggle and kind of came from a fun spin on not wanting to chop our heads off photos
The odd few get it and say that it's funny
We don't feel the need to take it to a fetish site or have a second profile just wouldn't mind skipping the smack talk messages

I wouldn't say there's anything majorly untoward on your profile at all, although I'm not experienced enough in what does and doesn't attract unwanted attention! I would say though that you'd best watch out next time I'm down the South West as I'm interested in getting into some fox hunting  (yes it's a pun from reading the profile and noticing herself like the foxy persona, just to clarify before anyone gets the wrong idea) |

I think the Furry section of your profile is very niche and very jokey. Unless the reader is into the Furry thing then it’s probably not very sexy and a bit peculiar.
If you’re predominantly looking for Furry meets, then keep it as it is but maybe expect it not to be that popular. if you’d be equally as happy with non-Furry meets i’d lead with that as you’ll likely get more uptake.
I think maybe a bit of rearranging of the text is all it would take, rather than a re-write. |

There's nothing wrong with your profile , many comments mention about the furry , can't really see nothing wrong with that as you OP mention in your profile and agree to someone who doesn't get it google it .
I think receiving the msg you mention probably they are from people who haven't read your profile . |

It's a lovely fun profile and I hope you can skim read messages from the dreadful people and not take it in. I can imagine what SOME people think you are hinting at (shudder ) but those weirdos will probably get bored or caught. I guess every profile gets some nasty messages, that sort will be filtering a preference for new profiles I expect.

Hi, ddlg couple here. Fab is not fet.... Its just not. People don't understand and unfortunately the unintelligent folk like to ridicule the things they don't understand.
We get a fair few horrific messages from 'daddys' and 'doms' who don't have a clue what they're talking about but after a while you get used to it and they get less common as your block list grows. |
