After bingeing on swinging meets over the Xmas break I have been finding it more difficult to become aroused ... When I think back to how things were when we started, seeing Mrs playing with another guy's cock, sucking it, spit-roast or even just showing off her body would get me highly aroused ... Now these things feel second nature and don't have the effect they used to ... And that makes me wonder whether it's a bit like taking drugs, in that you keep needing higher doses to get the same high ... Does this resonate with anyone? Do any of you have advice on how to reset things so that those feelings of arousal return without the need to always be taking things to the next level? |

I think this is fairly common from what friends have told us. It hasn't happened with us simply because we don't have that many meets. Maybe time to take a break? |

You can definitely have to much of a good thing, you've proved that. We've known people who just keep pushing the boundaries, swinging every weekend and their own sex life goes stale. Take a short break, keep it as an occasional treat. |

Binging is the key here.
I know what you mean, as we had accidentally pre-arranged too many meets over the festive season- when I mean too many- 1 party and 4 private meets in less than a week. Not what we like to do, but due to busy life we have forgotten how many commitments we have taken, and since we don't like to cancel to people, just carried on with as planned.
Long story short, on the last meeting, we have met extremely sexy couple, the type that you have difficulty to keep your eyes off, but this time, all I was thinking, when will the date finish, so I can go back home and have a sleep
I guest as everyone said, too much of anything is not good. Now nearly 2 weeks after that binge, I am ready to go. In fact can't wait for the weekend.
However, interestingly enough, our sex life has not suffered, just interest in others. |

It is called getting old or having diabetes! I suffer this way too but there are treatments beyond viagra, maybe hormone replacement for men. It is something I am looking into. |
