Has anyone had experience with poppers. If you have can you give us advice on the best was to use, as we have just been given some and have never tried them. x x |

i've used it a few times, and took me a while to get the hang of it...only once though has it had any effect , and for me that was to have a good sniff just as yr about to cum.....gotta say it was fuckin mind blowing ....

As a Dominatrix I'll sometimes have a sub who wishes to use them.
Personaly however, I wished they wouldn't, they can give me a cracking headache just using them on others.

Gives me a bad head but Lolly loves them she always has a bottle on a meet. If we use them at home we just leave an open bottle in the fun room, loads of people sniff them directly from the bottle but thats not advised as the bottle contains butane to help evaporation |

Yeah, thats the family of drug they belong to but the most common in poppers are amyl and butyl nitrate.
The thought of them gives me a headache.

Not worth the money purchased in UK.. they changed the ingredients a few years ago due to legal reuirement...
they are crap now...
obviously, I am an innocent lad and never used myself.. I have friends who do. and they order from abroad now and they are super duper....

I just thought they drastically increased your heart rate - that'll explain the headaches - but anything that has such a drastic affect on the body I'd leave well alone - can't imagine feeling very sexy after a stroke or heart attack! |

.we met a couple who got them out of their goody bag without even asking !!We asked them to leave ... they smell vile and give u a horrendous headache and could be very dangerous if anyone has an underlying heart problem ...my advice is dont go there !!!! |

we are both bemused and amused here re the poppers topic
the pros and cons have realy interested us here
we have tried poppers had our noses burned
with them . we found dipping just the end of an unlit cigarette the best thing to get the ultimate buzz from them its like taking a puff off a cigarette inhale in the usual way its a higher buzz than up the nose lol
just our pennies worth here

So the piss take starts regarding "like sniffing glue"
Well let's put it this way then. You are inhaling a chemical which gives you a "high" The chemical you are inhaling could be anything could it not ? How many users of poppers actually know exactly what is in them ? Ever wonder why you get headaches after using them ?
Why do you think there was such a problem with "glue sniffers" amongst teenagers in the late 90s ? It's because of the chemcials in them gave you a high pretty much like poppers do.
So to those who can't see the link between poppers and glue sniffing, I suggest you go back to chemistry class. |

A lot of clubbers use poppers for as quick high. They are however excellent during sex. The will inrease your orgasm feelings 100% (both male and female). A lot of gay clubs sell poppers as poppers seem to be big in the gay community. The trick is to take a big sniff of the poppers about 30 - 40 seconds before you orgasm or ejaculate.

Don't bother, used to be great, but they made the original popper illegal the stuff they sell now is just crap.
Don't listen to the old wives tales that it's for gay getting ready for anal sex, they used it to get of their heads just like the rest of us. |

Poppers used to be located in the first aid room of any factory that did plating works, metals used to be dipped in a cyanide solution as part of the cleaning process. Amyl nitrate was kept as an instant antidote for accidental cyanide poisoning |

They're nitrates
they give you headaches because they cause the smooth muscle in your body to dilate- this includes your anus as well as your peripheral blood vessels decreasing your blood pressure, hence decreasing the blood flow to your head- giving you a high (and sometimes headache). The raised heart rate is the body responding to maintain blood pressure by pumping more blood out to the body
It is NOT glue - whoever said you sniff glue and you sniff poppers therefore they're the same is misinformed! You also sniff cocaine, and you can't say tga has the same mechanism as glue simply because it is sniffed.
Nitrites Are relatively very safe lol if you hav angina may go a good thing- is similar to the stuff you spray under your Tongue gtn I'm sure some people on here have to use!

the best way to use poppers is take the top off the bottle put the bottle on the window cill get into bed with me i will shag the life out of you and then make you a cuppa this will take about 2 hours 1 hour to get the top off and 58 mins to make the tea lol hope this helps jimmy |

be very careful...amyil nitrate/ poppers were orginially desiged for folk with weak hearts...inhaling them would give a dodgy ticker a kick start.
It will increase your heart beat....hense the inevitable headache.
The kick it gives is to relax the mental state, side effects being that an orgasm for example will seem to last for ever, anal sex will be 'easier' to take, you will feel a feeling of wellbeing..HOWEVER the effect actually only lasts a few mins from one or two good inhales.
BE AWARE......they can kill you....and if you are on other medication probably will. |

well, amyl nitrAtes are added to cars' fuel systems to make the go faster and amyl nitrIte dilates blood vessels, hence the reason it is/was used in heart disease. picky, I know . It won't kill you as u'd faint if there ws too little oxygen to the brain. Just not everyone's drug of choice.  |

Tried them once, found putting the bottle on a warm (not hot) radiator with the top off helped, didnt want to sniff them direct (just chicken I guess !!).

wouldnt use, stay well away, but if you do have them and want to use them, do so now, the government are closing the loophole on the legal sale of poppers, next year they should be illegal and calssified.

Yeh, amyl nitrate is added to diesel because it lowers ignition temps because it changes to nitrogen oxide gases when combusted. There....not just a pretty face LOL |

Just my two pence worth, I won't fuck my wife d*unk as I dont believe its 'real' and I certainly would not be comfortable having sex with someone else on a high. I have friends who use drugs (who I do not have sex with) and its their choice, but it is not mine, I like my people real and relatively sober and down. I can see the attraction but it's not my bag baby yeah!

I think you mean nitrous oxide or NOS (NOX) or Nitro-methane (top fuel) good for 320mph but your engine last 1/4 mile max, BOOOM!
Incidentally a guy was racing his mates and forgot to turn the NOS off overnight, came to start his car in the morning, turned the first corner and booted it, there had been a NOS gas build up overnight under the bonnet, the backfire ignited it (carbs not fuel injection), the engine landed 2 blocks away, apparently he lived. NOS is an oxidising agent not a fuel. |
