Hi all, A heads up, the NHS clinics have stopped and it's now run by Brook. With new times and locations. The great new offer is a postal STD check. It comes in a discrete bag. Pee in a pot and collect 16 drops of blood, then post back. I got the results in 4 days. Discrete and quick. It's a win win. |

"But no counselling? Isn't counselling meant to be a large part of the work that NHS STD clinics undertake?"
I think you get called in if they find anything as you'll need treatment, it's been around in lots of other parts of the country for quite a while and works well |

Truro |
yup, all the consultants and most of the staff quit after transfer. there's no Truro site anymore but they say they will have one soon (no news yet).
it's a bit sad really as the HUB at RCHT was a brilliant space for that service. |
