Have realised this late in life but would really appreciate any advice, particularly with reference to makeup and shoe sizing. Thanks in advance.

There are lots of tutorials on YouTube that cover all aspects; makeup, deportment, clothes and shoes. Just get searching and soak it all up.

There are also plenty of dressing/makeover services around.
