Thank you both. I only ever regularly stay at Travelodges, so wasn't aware it was something on offer elsewhere.

Thanks all. Really helpful.

Enquired on a few of these and just to let you know that hardly any have 2 double beds. They are either a double and 2 singles or a double and one single or a double and a sofa bed .

Sorted now though

The family rooms in Travelodge have a double in the middle and a single at each side of it.

Twin rooms usually have 2 doubles, or at least 3/4 beds

Xtasia club have on Site rooms that have upto 4 double beds in the room and some Inc play equipment such as a cross and sex swing.

You can take a virtual tour on their web to view every room

You don't need to be a member to book rooms in the week

Ask a stupid question but would an adjoining room suit you?

Have seen hotels with doors between 2 doubles

In a lot of the more up market chains a twin room consists of two double beds. I remember staying in a few in my old job and thinking some fun could be had here.
