Hi OP.
It's very hard on here for guys, especially younger ones.
You need to stand out from the crowd in a positive way and ensure your profile is the best it can be.
Ladies and couples on here have their pick of guys and can be very selective.
Being active in the forums, socials and clubs are all useful for single men. |

If you're waiting for people to message you first it probably won't happen very often. Be proactive if you're not already. If you're not getting replies, maybe think about changing up what you say in your messages. |

Yeah it is hard o bc here especially when you can’t really be proactive really because I do work so many hours I work 12 and 16 and a half hour shifts |

who knows, maybe its the way you message, maybe its your age, maybe its your profile, when you message do you read target profile and fit that profiles preferences?

Without knowing what you are doing OP it's very difficult to be able to tell you how you might improve your experience - you've not asked for profile advice either so can't give any.
Generically though when people say they're struggling to find what they're looking for here it comes down to a number of things:
Profile - make sure your profile sells you well, shows you have given some thought to what you are looking for from the site, and gives a flavour of both who you are and what you think you can offer to prospective meets - try and make it stand out and not be generic, insert some personality to it.
Pictures - build up a decent set of pics that are enticing and teasing and show you off well.
Approach - think about your approach to the site and how you use it - it doesn't have to be about sending messages cold to people you like the look of, the forums and chat rooms are good ways to get to know people and they you.
Attitude - be positive, be respectful and considerate and accept that you won't be for everyone and that it may take some time to find what you're looking for.
Expectations - set them to the lowest possible setting and then turn them down another notch.
None of the above will guarantee a thing but they will make your experience of the site better. |

Days off like I’ve got a week off from the 24th but I also get Monday’s off so it’s like one day a week atm but after Christmas I’m getting my hours and days cut down |

I’m online quite a bit actually as I get bored in the office lol but I’m okay I just wasn’t sure how I was going about using this site and how to talk to people on it I’m not much of a people person that’s why I got myself a quite job sitting in an office on my own |

If you use the Quote + Reply button people will know who you're responding to.
As for lack of replies, take a look at my post further up for some help with how you might improve that - often people will take a look at a profile before even opening a message, so take a look at yours and ask yourself, honestly, if you'd reply to you if you sent yourself a message. |
