We bought an adjustable spreader bar from Lovehoney on one of their deals of the day last month and it is excellent. We had to buy the cuffs separately but wasn't an issue. Think we managed to pay less than £30 all in. |

Look at a pair of small carabina's
To loop from decent cuffs to the rings on the bar .. less fiddling about when securing your sub!
And a little bit more intimidating. |

Made our own from a trip to B&Q.
1x shower curtain rail
1x length of chain (buy more than you need, you can always cut to right size)
Most expensive part was the the strap restraints which we got for a fair price from Bondora. Some good quality padlocks also work well attaching straps to chains
Tends to rattle a bit when used but still does the job  |

Made myself as per a few of you broom handle hooks and cuffs Also added very strong supports to the ceiling and have hooks to hold up legs and arms with chains and cuffs works very well enhances the massage experience |

"I built my own. Along with a few other bondage tables and such.
It's much easier and more economical. The spreader bar is adjustable from 60 to 120 cm. "
Made all my own stuff from a nipple clamp to a St Andrews cross, a massage table from the local tip was converted into a bondage table, B @ Q good for ropes and chains, Too old for it all now. |

That's a great little unit though definitely designed for those with thinner ankles |

Made lots of different ones adjustabe.and curved for access but simplest is to use good tube with smoothed ends and thread a rope doubled up one end a loop othe end tied saves on cuffs better still use bunge and put the knot in.the.middle but beware to make it so it cant restrict blood flow etc |

I live with an engineer and have been nagging him for a few years to make me a spreader bar.... "*hint* P"
I just love the thought of not being able to close my legs, I enjoy restriction. I also like the thought of being flipped over onto my tummy for example.
