Honestly, no photos no chance. Why would any woman bother with you when there's plenty of guys showing a great range including face pictures.
Your username may also put a few off, as being bi it's not predominantly women you're interested in.
There's reasons why people don't respond to messages, so asking people in your profile, no matter how nice you've put it can also go against you. See the FAQ, no reply means no interest.
You are aware that women and some couples are inundated with messages (as you state on your profile) but what are you offering them ? Be a bit more descriptive of what you'll bring to a meet.
Nice little quote at the end, but it won't answer any questions about you, just a wasted paragraph that tells you nothing.
Smoker would definitely put me off as well.
There are positives, you can accommodate and willing to go to parties and I'm guessing socials and clubs (as long as a FWB is with you).
Do some research on here, read other guys profiles and there's hundreds of threads asking for profile advice. To truly succeed in here you have to stand out and currently you don't. As you state you've been on here before so you should know how it works.
