When I get a first message and he/she/ they call me babes or doll or love it’s an instant no from me.
Is there anything that puts you off straight away? |

Hey doll,
Well babes some people don't know how to communicate - you know what I mean love? |

Yep, all of the above plus numerous other pet names. |

I'm put off far more by slut or messages assuming I'm just going to drop everything to fuck them.
I dont mind graphic messages if they start to happen naturally |

"Do you want to meet!
Do you want some snow!
Some lurid paragraph that explains where his tongue will go! "
Are these the opening lyrics to the 'Swinger's Blues'?

"Babe" is usually an instant delete, and the unsolicited erotic fiction is usually responded to with "go slam your dick in a door" - usually does the trick. Unless they are super kinky, in which case it gets awkward |

Yes me too, I agree, I don't like terms of endearment from people I don't know who are trying to secure a shag, it somehow sullies and cheapens things. |

Pet names such as kitten and hunni - instant turn off. Babe seems to be the most commonly used or missy /miss, it just wrecks the inability to remember someone's actual name.
Some names have their place during the sexual act though!
In my opinion the use of the word slut in first message gets an instant delete. We are not all sluts, and just because we are on a sex site doesn't give the right to assume we are.

Don't like pet names either. Although I would rather them over slut/subslut/piggy, which I also get just as often.
I also hate messages like "I'm at a Travelodge in xyz, are you close?". A lot of men seem to mistake this site for 0800-dial-a-fuck |

When a single male messages us a couple and the message they send ignores me the husband completely and they refers to my wife as babe, hun etc etc.
In our case it also shows they haven't read our profile properly because if they did they would know I the husband replies to single males, my wife and I both message couples and it's mainly my wife who will chat / respond to single females. |
