Just make them both aware of your thoughts on the matter yes or no if you’re not sure id default to a no until you are !!

She asked If wanted to first.
Never looked back.

You need to talk to her about this as a fantasy, see how she feels. Talk about feelings, your love for each other, jeoulousy, boundaries. If all seems good talk to him too, approach from the fantasy side, see how he reacts. Talk about trust, the risk of feelings becoming involved, that you and her are not to be divided or controlled, see how he responds.
Then think, this could ruin your friendship with him, is it worth that ?. My partner won't play with 'normal' friends for that reason yet has played with others who then became friends  |

Me and a ex did it with one of my friends . Big mistake. We talked about before hand planned i be out when he came round one day . She made it clear she was up for bit fun. Problem was he did and still does not understand swinging . He thought it was affair or payback for something i had done . Even after we turned it to 3 some with him. He tuck to texting her ring trying to see her without me etc even after she told him we meet couple etc for fun..old saying dont mess on own doorstep.. |

You probably should have been clear with your friend first - that you didn't mind to share your wife with him. It would have then been clear to you if that was likely to work or not. |
