Female genital piercings.
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hello fab forum.
I am looking for advice.
On Saturday I'm going to get a few piercings. VCH and 2 outer labia piercings. Anyone who has any of these how long was it before you could have sex and does anyone have info on how they heal?
Any advice appreciated |

I've had the outer labia and clit done in the past, I had sex the same evening, not sure whether I should of or not but so desperate to try it out with the piercings, put it this way it didn't disappoint. I was a little sore few days after but follow the after care which they should give to you....
Probably best not to follow my actions but I was to impatient.
You will love it xx |

I had a VCH it healed very quickly and I probably had sex within a few days. I only kept it in for a few months as hubby said that it got in the way of my clit during oral. It didn't do anything tbh so I wasn't that bothered. |

I have an outer labia piercing, (for 21 years). it didn't hurt very much and it healed really quickly. I think I had sex within 2-weeks I probably could have had it earlier but possibly had a lack of opportunity. |

Thanks guys for the advice so far. I think although the delay for sex puts me off I've wanted them for a while. The outer labia ones I'm having verticle bars so they're more for aesthetics than enhancement. |

"my vch didnt hurt and healed within weeks i was having sex 3 days after.
any good piercer wont do numerous piercings in one hit due to swelling "
He will only do a maximum of 3 piercings. But if they are in different areas the swelling wouldn't be isolated anyway. Considering they are 3 separate areas. |

I had my vch done 6 days ago, had no discomfort at all after the initial stab and had sex yesterday with no issues, by far the easiest piercing I've had! |

Just an update. I had 2 outer labia done with bars and a VCH. I have had sex after 2 weeks and had absolutely no problems with any of them. Just enjoying them now!
The clit hood one has done nothing for sensitivity other than it rubbing when I grind. Which is a nice addition. |

About three years ago my best but now sadly ex fb had a vch done by a really great piercer in Bristol but when she wanted to get some more done the piercer said she couldn’t do it as the new law against fgm meant she could be prosecuted for doing so. Has anyone else experienced this problem? |

I had to sign a form explicitly giving my consent for vch for this very reason |

Why would it be classified as genital mutilation when it's a choice to get it done. That's like saying they can't do chastity piercings when people do them anyway.
My piercer said he could only do 3 because of swelling but not to do with that. |

There were laws brought in about FGM but with them came rumours (in the press/media) that piercings could be classed as FGM also. CPS say they are not. Obviously the piercer who thinks they are illegal hasn't done any research, probably best they didn't pierce anyone if they don't know what they're doing.
I'm diabetic and had tattoists say i can't be tattooed because of that, this is rubbish if my bloods are under good control and it's diabetics with neuropathy who shouldn't be as they might not heal. |

Actually she was the best piercer I have ever met and really cared about what she was doing but this was when the fgm laws had just been brought in and there was a lot of conflicting advice at the time particularly from her insurers and I just wanted to hear other people’s experience of this - she was perfectly happy to continue doing non genital piercings on women and the full gamut on men though. |
