A box at end of your bed |
You can get pills for that these days if your doctor will not prescribe them you can buy over the counter now at most pharmacies. If you don't want to do that there are internet site that sell them too. |

There are some very rude and uncalled for comments on this thread. From men I might add.
From a females point of view I would say to discuss your predicament with any potential meets. There is plenty of stuff you can do sexually with a lady that does not include penetrative sex. Oral, finger play ect.I have met men with this problem and had fun Hev female half xxx |

Your doc could be right. If all other medical reasons, Prostate problems, diabetes, etc have been ruled out, then your Ed could be caused by whatever is going on in your head. Stress, tiredness, lack of arousal etc. Usually, if you get a hardon in your sleep, or wake up with a boner, it's a sign that your hydraulics are functioning OK. |

If your Dr has advised against taking medication I'd listen to the medical professional rather than an internet forum. If it is psychological speak to them again I'm sure they can offer some suggestions.
I took a long hard look at mysrlf in the mirror this morning... some fu*ker put viagra in my eye drops |

OP, even though I am a woman, I can understand how your problem can seriously affect you. Men are supposed to be able to 'perform', but we are all affected by what is in our heads. Sometimes you might not be aroused enough, not necessarily by the person, but by the situation/location etc. Sometimes it might be what is called 'performance anxiety' - you worry you're going to have problems getting or staying hard, and you worry you'd disappoint the person you're with. Then it becomes the self-fulfilling prophecy.
I'd say being honest and open about it with your partner/meet is the best strategy. As not every single woman needs to be fucked senseless, some prefer oral/fingering/boob play etc. |

But also, I'd carefully check the side effects of any medication you might be taking - one of my past meets, on my previous profile, discovered that his ulcer medication was causing his issues. |

Try getting your testosterone checked.
If you have low t it can cause issues but doctors don't regularly test it and many won't acknowledge that male androgen deficiency is a problem. |

When these things are are non physical they can be a right pain as the issue compounds itself. Once you have one instance of ed, next time you need an erection, it plays on the mind and makes it even worse.
Had this after a vasectomy, was told it was all in the mind and nothing pills would sort out. Got some pills online and they worked. Only needed them twice and the problem went away.
I'm sure the pills were just working as a placebo and had no medical effect but it enabled me to overcome the mental anxiety.
The herbal ones from the machine in the supermarket worked, after that I went online and bought some more, thinking they were the same but what turned up was a sildamax. |

Do you exercise much? How much do you masturbate and consume pornography? Are you under stress? Sleeping well? How's your diet?
All of the above (and more!) can cause ED so maybe take some time for some self-evaluation to get to the root cause of this. |

Viagra and analogs actually reduce blood pressure, it was actually discovered in a blood pressure trial as the side effect were erections. You definitely can't take them if you are on any kind of nitrate heart medications but apart from that, the side effects are quite mild and short lived. You can try an online pharmacy like Lloyds online doctor as you will have to an an online assessment and won't be prescribed them without a long health questionnaire. They do help my ED but it's important to rule out other factors like diabetes first. It's a common problem, be open and honest about it and you can still have a lot of fun. |
