I think it depends what they are saying, we had a guy that even after being told many times, still found it acceptable to use his aggressive nature on me. Just because his wife apparently enjoys being hit with things, slapped and god knows what else... I still wish I had reported him or named and shamed him, this was our first couple too so we were “ young and nieve-ish” if you were just bad in bed or something else polite but not in bad taste then no, they shouldn’t |

Always report what you think is or probably is against site rules to Admin. They don't detail the specific action they take to investigate and resolve reports, though they list some actions they may take in site information.
They'll potentially invest significant resources to cases that may be most severe or harmful for others, including potential criminal activity, possibly involving the authorities as needed. Resources are limited and with tens of thousands of users, they're busy on our behalf. Some account capabilities may be suspended, if permitted to continue, whilst they may be given further potential to use the service, potentially under warning. People who persistently break rules are thus more likely to have service access cancelled. It's helpful therefore for us all to report perceived wrongdoing, to support admin in their non-stop challenge, as well as them not to publish full details of their approach, as some people would try to game the system around that. |

iv not reported anyone before so not clued up on the process, iv reported it several times in the last 24hrs and the said profile is still up??  |

No you can not name and shame/badmouth another user in your profile text.
Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
