What the etiquette in requesting verifications?

I’ve been on and off here for a while and still have a good relationship with the people I’ve met ... do I just ask “ Can you please verify me please ?? “

I would ask can't see why they would be offended verifications are very important on here especially for single men

If you have met them in person I can't see any reason any polite person you got on with wouldn't have done so already.

Tell them you want to verify them but you can't until they give you your first veri.

I’d say yes. Me and my partner met a lovely lady last night and I just said “shall we verify each other”
