No idea of anywhere in Yorkshire, but Liberty Elite have fetish gear, although it seems to be marked as not for use at the moment; maybe just for fetish nights.
We can also recommend staying in the Red Room at Exclusively Silks down near Taunton, where you'll not be short of things to keep you amused. |

Of it's not too far try MARS. Mossley just on other side of Pennines. It's a fetish venue but you can have the whole place to your self. The owner is Mistress Evi. You will find details on fetish life sites as it's not part of swinging lifestyle but the BDSM lifestyle |

Don't know about Dungeon hire, but I've converted a couple of garages and basements into play rooms for clients.
Soundproofing, water proofing, suspension points, furniture, spider webs etc. It's not that expensive to do, if your master is serious about it. And a good DIY person could do most of it themselves. |

We don't live together and can't create anything like this at either home due to family etc so sadly not an option. |
