Blocked from adding photos

I have been blocked from adding new photos also adding a direct photo, it’s been over a week and I have messaged admin and site owners but no reply, can any1 help or enlighten me???

Or photos in which it’s not clear if you have permission to be showing others without their consent

If you've contacted admin some time ago and no action has been taken it usually means they uphold their original decision.
