I've seen couples too but no it doesn't need linked to your facebook think you can use your phone number

Yes and no. There's no option for couples per se but have seen couples who set up as a female and just fill it out and add photos as a couple.

I seem to remember seeing couples profiles on OK Cupid. To be fair that site did tend to cater for less conventional people sexually and relationship wise. There was a fair few people on there who don't practise monogomy.
