It's ok but nothing that's memorable.
I'd take the face pix down to maybe two and pop in a full length one (dressed is fine).
If you can get some of your character or sense of humour across in the text then all the better.

You have aged in 3yrs! latest picture looks like the mad preist from father ted!!!!
With 15yrs experience I would expect you to be more on the ball than newbies and should not need to give you advice.
Infact you should leading the examples.
So personally your profile shows a lack of attention to detail and laziness.
Tidy the pictures. Make them all more recent. Will make you less aged in looks.
Add a torso and more full length clothed picture.
Text is adequate.
