Today my wife did it for me as she put it via phone sex. I think that's really something only you can talk through together to find the answers. Sometimes in this game you have to break a few egg, finding what works and what doesn't is a little trial and error. So talk through it together including the feelings at play. Hopefully then you'll find the way going forward and if you want to do this again or not.
I think one of the biggest areas of swinging as a couple is the effects feelings and emotions have on everyone. It can be difficult.
