If it is in chat or the forum, report the post or the profile. ( you can still see a REPORT button to the left once you click on a profile )

If it is in mails, report the profile.

Just remember any true pals (or in fact anybody worth knowing) will have their own opinion of you and go by that, rather than tittle tattle.
