First and foremost, change your profile. As apart from the first sentence, all the rest of your profile is about men.
Be specific about whether or not you have had any experience with women before - yes, I know you've listed yourself as bisexual, but labels mean nothing. I was chatting to a couple where the lady was labelled bisexual, too, without having any experience with women.
Also, be specific regarding how you'd like the relationship with the lady to look like, and if your husband would like to be involved, too. |

That's better your profile is now succinct and to the point. However only one photo may not get that lady to look at what you've written. Maybe a few more body shots, if you don't want to show your face. |
