So I was chatting to a guy who had a few pictures on his profile, he looked from what I could see quite attractive, he was also verified by 2 meets. We exchanged a few messages and I asked to see more of him, so he sent me some other pictures. The pictures I received clearly were not the same guy in the pictures on his profile. When I said this to him, he just said they were a few years old and had a filter on. They may have been a few years old, but it was so obviously not him.
Has this happened to anyone else on here or any other sites? I didn’t know how to react so I just blocked him. Makes me wonder how genuine some verifications are and makes me even more wary than I already am! |

I've had something similar many many times to the point now that I only made by John in clubs by chance as I don't trust Cyberspace very much. I've even had somebody turn out to be a completely different skin colour to the pictures that he sent me. |

Yeah I wasn’t sure whether to report. I just found it so odd that he had verifications and was so upfront with these pics that obviously weren’t the same guy as in his public pics! |

Yes, I've seen people here who are verified but have stolen pictures. Reported and blocked.
There's also a single man in our local area pretending to be a couple who has three verifications (all for the male half of the couple only). Unfortunately we don't have enough proof to report.

Report him anyway and say all his veris are of just the man. Report the profile as chosen wrong sex and that it's just a man.
They will investigate. |

When J used to host parties he had a verified couple using screen shots from porn sites as there pictures...a little digging proved was American porn stars not a UK couple... |
