Fake profile?

Hi i recently came across on fab to the profile of a couple that is quite famous on the web because there are lots of their amateur videos. Ww have been chatting for weeks and i was so excited being an admirer of their videos and we were planning to meet up though the distance....but everytime i asked them to chat by webcam (because of course being a popular couple everybody can take pics from internet and make up a fake profile) they always came up with all sort of excuses till they block me when i express in a very polite way my doubts about their behaviour. Is there any way i can ask the fab administrators to check on this couple? Im a big fan on internet of the original couple and if they are scummers i would love to know it? Thanks |

If you know they're fake report them. I've seen loads of fakes recently. Few days later they're deleted off the site. |

I cant report them because they blocked me is there a way to report someone even if they block you? And what the administrators can actually do to verify their identity? |

I've come across at least 1 fake profile in the last few days. Reversed searched the pictures and hey ho - they are on all sorts of different sites with dates from 6 years ago to now - I'm not talking dating sites...
I've reported and blocked, but they are still on the site, so I'm curious how admin would investigate a profile for being fake?
I could have just blocked, but decided to report so that other couples don't get lured into sending pics - which I have regretfully done!

If you have messages off them on here you can click on their profile & report even tho it will say you can't view that profile |

The trusty reverse image is often the quickest way.

Admin probably have methods for checking. I'll copy how they deal with reports in my next post. |

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
