I'd give him one notification that sex occurs to my rules only and then inform him to cease all contact. If he didn't, I'd block him and ultimately use the network and/or police for harassment, as they are very supportive.
I might use a temporary number for a few days - obviously major inconvenience if it's your main no he's got.
It does highlight the value of a sex friends only dim card and number.
I'm very friendly and understanding but I lose this, once someone becomes disrespectful. I then am clear and to the point.
