Everyone is different. So is not the easiest thing to answer.
For us. We expect to both be spoken to. A face pic.
Cock pics don't do it for us.
Boring run of the mill profile text. Puts us off, we like to see some humour.
Is still not a guarantee though unless we are attracted to them |

A variety of photos
Well written text, using paragraphs
Positivity
Humour, if possible
Individuality
I don't like:
Photos where it is mostly of someone else
Lots of cock pics
Text language
Negativity
Words in CAPITAL letters

A big turn off is when the message is clearly in reply to the pics and the profile hasn't been read. |

Profile pictures that are classy, interesting, teasing....not just cock pic.
An indicated age range. 18 to 99 means they are too lazy to change it or really desperate.
Some information about themselves...what they enjoy, are looking forward to doing , and also what they can offer that makes me want to talk to them and find out more.
No silly meaningless bit about warnings, university or using pictures.
FIRST MESSAGE.
Address is to the lady or couple and mention why you are getting in touch. Personal message relating to their text. Most messages look like they have been sent to anyone within a 30 radius.
Treat people as humans with feelings, a little compliment or sense of humour can help too.
"FAF" or "how's you" are pointless and can be read without opening the message. So get deleted instantly. |

If I receive a message I only look at the profile if the message is good, so although the profile is important I would take the time to personalise and make an effort in a first message.
Show that you’ve read their profile and never ask to meet straight away. Don’t be overly sexual, and try to show some personality.
As for the profile, some tasteful pictures such as torso/partial face/back, have a few dick pics but don’t use one as your profile picture. Write a decent profile by demonstrating what you’re looking for and again, showing some personality. |

Some great tips in here thanks will go look at my profile??. Last time was here had lots of cock pics so now removed most of those. Now to look at the text. Also good tips on first messages as Im shite at those as well.  . |

There is no real answer to either question except post the pictures you think best represent you (including cock pics if you want) and send the messages you want to send. They won't appeal to everyone but it will give people a better idea of who you are and not of what other folk want you to be.
Best advice of all is get yourself to a club and meet people face to face: use Fab to keep in touch with them. |
