We have a theory that your best years of swinging are in your 40s.

We started in our late 30s and now in our 50s. Family are more demanding in your 30s so less time to play and in your 50s age ranges kick in and it’s more difficult to get meets. Anyone else found this?

Yup I agree for different reasons

Started nervous in my forties, discovered swinging and other adult activities and found it very empowering as a single sensual women.

However I'm my early fifties I've lost my sexual confidence and end up blocking my own meets because of my insecurities in my sexiness

I certainly hope so, I had a FWB last year for a couple of months (with K's permission) just before I turned 40...

Then a couple of months later we joined fabs and now we're really starting to get going at this new part of our life together.

Do you think hormones play a part in this?

Pre-menopausal hormone surges are the bomb. Hormonally driven Downey’s, not so much..
