I enjoy anal sex alot, and I do douche to keep it clean but I'm not always perfect with it and I get all embarrassed when poo exits, any advice to stop this happening

Check out a good video tutorial on xtube by a poster named "fffrankk" called "How to clean your ass". Its in German but has subtitles and its really educational.
