Can a couple profile be changed into a single female profile? Or would I need to start a fresh profile?

I think you can change it yourself. Otherwise contact admin on here.

The only way it can be done is by site admin.

Go to your profile page and select the 'report' option to report your own profile to admin, where you can then inform them of the changes you need made

You can ... My profile used to be a couples profile. Now single female. Trim removed myself off the profile by mailing admin.
