Or the travel there? I only managed it before Christmas as I was very naughty and got a credit card for the Christmas presents, paying for it big time now, so going to clubs isn't an option and no way would I go to the one in Gloucester  |

tis a costly business... better to have a couple of bottles of wine, a takeout from a wonderful local restaurant and a pleasant evening on the duvet with our own toys and dungenesque clobber in polite and sincere company

A trip to the sauna will cost you more once you've had a drink and a snack.
Clubs over here have free drinks and food, and, er, a sauna. |

2huntets: not liking clubs is not a swinging problem is is a personal preference.
Kinkykytten: In my considerable experience it does, not having fun in a means the problem is elsewhere.
Frock: no local clubs ? is a transport issues, not a swinging issue. Single guy, waiting list, is because delayed gratification is an issue. I have always got into every club on every night I have asked to go.
Affording the entrance fee is a cash flow problem not a swinging issue.

I believed its a suggestion for people at the end of the fab tether.
and again some people wont go to socials to get themselves known... its that want it ALL on a plate attitude.
if I never had attended social events, I wouldnt have met some of my future meets...and as far as i know... socials are pretty much open to anyone with enough guts to sit in a pub atmosphere and be friendly without having to try shagging someone on the spot |

The post was a bit tongue in cheek, and aimed at all those that bitch about not getting a meet.
If you cannot get a meet on here, it is because something else is wrong, it is not a swinging issue.
If you don't like clubs, do not go to one, get a private meet.

I don't know what the individual answer is. Bottom line is if you cannot get a meet to to a club.
I cannot help it is you do not like the answer to the problem of not getting a meet.
I was thinking of running a course for people in swinging. You know, how to write a profile, how to write a message, how to get a meet, but then the people would probably want me to go and do the fucking as well.
There really is no helping some people.
Either you want to meet swingers or you don't.

It depends what you mean by having fun. At the one club we visited I had hours of fun comparing the clientele to various creatures which feature on wildlife programmes such as warthogs . |

Wasn't me equating meet to sex, meeting
is one thing, fucking is another.
All I was doing was trying to help get people to get some meets who were finding it difficult.
What is wrong with you lot. Dam, you are all so serious, some of you should get out, have a meet, and maybe get laid, get some of that stress relieved.
Which brings us nicely back to the original post.

We are a huge fan of the clubbing scene, but we will admit its not for everyone
for a variety of issues, which aren't always a 'swinging issue' but regardless of wether they are a swinging issue or not, if its an issue that stops them from going to a club, then the clubs aren't always their soloution.
We also realise the OP wasn't quite being that literal.
And we would always say to someone who has never done a club, you should go to at least one good one, once.
A crap one will put you off clubs, and possibly even the scene, for life.

One of the best way's to get a meet, is to cause controversy in the forums and then you get loads of messages from people saying they agree with you, and
you can start chatting to them, hey presto meets galore....!!!
like I said don't tell anyone only an idiot would post this sort of tip in a forum !!! |
