Hi guys
So we’ve been swinging for just over a year, always at a club never private meets. I (mr) find the nerves get the better of me & nothing wants to work when it’s us & another couple in a room, everything is good in a group/orgy setting but for some reason when I start playing with the wife/gf of the couple things seem to stop, argh! Me & the Mrs have been together for over 15 years, I know her inside out, I didn’t have many sexual partners before her & there’s never been any while we were living the “vanilla” life. Is it too intimate in a couple on couple setting? Do any others have or had this problem? I look forward to your replies. |

Take step back watch other's and focus on play forget everything and stimulate your mind slowly you will be in game and will play better. Don't look back (past) or think what will happen (future), just enjoy the present |

It’s definitely nerves, and the more you think about it the worse it will get , I went through a 2 year period of premature ejacultion with my ex , it didn’t matter what pills I took , I would be lucky if I lasted 10 seconds, since we have split and I’m seeing other people the problem has gone completely if anything the complete opposite now ,
Is it when your playing in front of your wife or when your 1-2-1 with the other guys wife ? |

It's difficult with 2 couples cos you've both got to be happy with your opposite in the other couple. Also it's quite intimate so if you straight swap then you might be more focused on what your Mrs is doing (and whether she's having a better time than you are!).
Sounds like you're fine in every other situation so it might just be couples arent for you and groups are!! Xxx |

Cocentrate on stimulating the "others" body and everything will work out, it is not always the act of sex that rewards but the intencity of anticipation without expectation, you could also discuss this prior to a meet so no one is under any duress. |

Bert's had similar issues, no problem with getting or maintaining an erection whilst playing with others up to the point of penetration & then game over. We also only go to clubs rather than private meets & he's fine when we're playing together in open areas. Interested to hear how others have dealt with it. |
