Does anyone know some good software that I can use to edit videos, particularly the ability to blur faces?
I am fully computer literate, not a beginner to using a PC
Lightworks.
Its free, and very flexible/powerful. What it isn't, is intuitive. Took me a bit of fiddling to work out how to get it to do what I want, but I'm quite impressed with it otherwise. There are good forums for help and a half decent manual, so you should be fine with it.
