So we booked our holiday a while back and was really excited to get over there the end of this month until i clicked on their website today to check events they had on and it says that the place is under renovation and 50% of it is not open including a jacuzzi and chill out room. We are Really disappointed and considering cancelling and booking venus instead.
Has anyone been to either of these resorts lately and give us some advice on whether to continue our booking.

Venus is great. We went to the original Venus a few times when we went to GC for the BBQ. Never been to the new one. I'm sure if you looked around you could find a new hotel and swap? Alot of our friends have stayed at The Gold hotel and have been very pleased with it. C Xx |

Thank you for replying. We will look at booking venus instead, we are looking for a naked swingers hotel, done a few vanilla hotels in GC but wanted to try a swingers only hotel as we like the social build up. Used to go to Spice every year but not found a similar yet. X |

We have cancelled our booking and are going to change our flights to October instead and visit Venus so may see you there. X  |

My understanding is that the original venus has closed down. Gutted.
I also don't understand it as I had never been there and it wasn't full to the rafters. |
