When I say dubious about hygiene I mean of other partners they may have had, in a club environment I only want to share the juices, including saliva, of those I choose. If a playmate doesn't like my choice then we cam simply move on.

From a health perspective I guess there is a small risk in doing oral without condoms, but one I feel is worth taking in the risk v benefit scale, as I do love oral and swallowing!
I try to do all I can to protect myself - good dental hygiene etc - if you have bleeding gums/ ulcers/ any wound or cut in mouth or gum dont do oral without protection. I use good mouthwash after cleaning teeth twice daily to keep my oral health top notch and then when it comes to play I just relax and enjoy the cock!!

Personally I would never suck with although as a sexual health nurse I would never recommend multiple partner unprotected. You can get flavoured condoms which are designed for oral - but I have to say they taste vile, yes I have tried them!
What I would recommend is regular health checks and ask them to include a throat swab as you can get Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea in your throat from unprotected oral.

I do multiple oral sessions without... I get tested and not caught anything.. yes its a risk. But the whole idea is to get the cum...

The risk of oral cancer comes from the wart virus, 2 specific types (there are over 110 different types of wart but only 2 that cause major problems). As a mature adult, ive weighed up the pros and cons and i am prepared to take the risk of not using a condom for oral sex. I wouldnt want to do it if they where wearing a condom. I dont know what its like from a guys point of you but i cant imagine wearing a condom for oral can be the same experience |

TBH, it depends on YOU. - I would say if in doubt, just don't do it.
Long-term trusted buddies are a different story. Nobody likes sucking on latex but when it comes to random guys, things like herpes/chlamydia ect can be transfered orally and then passed on to anyone else you give oral to.
I personally would prefer not to risk mine or my partner's health, and if I don't want to suck on latex and can't be sure of someone's cleanliness, then oral is something I will not be pressured into.

I have had oral sex with 100s of guys... but only had full sex with a few guys off here unprotected.. because the risk to me is minimal and the clinic have told me that there is a LESSER chance of catching something orally...
And even to be fair the statistics on catching things orally are never going to quite be true.. because how many people will have just had oral sex with the person they caught something from..
