So, there's stuff in there that's not (always) in the interests of sexy time.
How do you prepare yourself to receive goods through the back door?
We were out the other day and Lisa was extremely horny.

At the end of the day if your going to enter via the tradesmens then there is always a risk

I need at least 2 days notice.
Bland food.
Small amounts of food.
Then I use a douche to clear myself out.
Butt plugs to prepare.
Lube.
I've never had an ''accident''.

I think it's a risk you take. I've done anal plenty of times and there's only been one tiny incident but I've never felt so embarrassed. I think it's best to go after you've been to the toilet and had a good clean.

The worst thing is when you have douched and got into a body stocking or basque and stockings... or something equally as fiddly and then you get that feeling down below that you need to go to the loo again  which calls for another douching and shower  this has made me late for a couple of meets before  |

Preparing for anal adds to the anticipation. We can't relax properly if we don't. A good diet and regular exercise can help keep you regular. We always duch an use a lube designed for anal sex. So far we have not had any surprises!    |

If I have a meeting arranged I always give myself an enema in the morning then to clear out then an hour or so later a bowel rinse, I try to hold it in me for as long as possible as I find it very erotic. If the meeting is planned a couple of days beforehand I tend to keep off the solids and eat only soup and yogurts.
