There are certain things you can't say in Fab messages. Fab has filters for some of them. If you use them, you get a message ban. Usually a short one like in this case.

Wait for the ban to lift.

You may have mentioned a "banned" website or a link to one. Check out the sites' faqs, they give you a clue in there what is acceptable or not.
