Spending way too many hours on this site.. I think I am addicted to fab and sex.. have literally put life on hold and spend all day either on here chasing or actually playing

Comes and goes, sometimes I get bored of it for ages and with summer coming and lots of other things going on I have less interest in checking in on Fab, think there are a few others the same as there always seems less people online when the weathers good.

I think they say it only takes two weeks to break a habit, go on holiday and give it a whirl

It will probably pass. When i first started as part of a couple with the wife, we were on here all the time. Fast forward a couple of years and we don’t as much. The wife hasn’t been on for over a month as she said it’s boring and has put her off sex lol. I’m sure it will pass after a break away lol.

If something is affecting your everyday life negatively then it's an issue that needs addressing.

Check fab at least twice a day and waste an hour, just browsing, posting on forums, viewing updates and pics. Need to cut down lol

The tricky bit is to remember that my friends and family aren’t as explicit as some of the people on here.

Keep forgetting to “tame down” real world conversations adequately.

This can be very addictive and any addiction long term can be damaging. Too much of any social media is damaging I think but you can never have too much sex, can you??!

I am a self confess sex addict. I only found out 4 months ago even tho I've been on and off here for 6 years. Worse when drugs was involved. Now, I'm slowly taking control.

Try and google: Sex Addict. Its worth reading and I'm pretty sure most of us on this site are Sex Addicts.

Guys do your research and let me know below about your thoughts.

My research helps me to reduce my drugs intake and now I can have sex once a week than my usual 5+ guys a day lool...
