Can't you just use the same one that you've used to add text to your pics? Otherwise, what about GIMP? |

google, photofiltre and photoscape, very good and easy to use with a little playing around.
If you youtube the two programmes there are step by step videos of how to use them. |

Had a trial copy of paint shop pro, went to use it and its expired - but thanks everyone |

Had a trial copy of paint shop pro, went to use it and its expired - but thanks everyone"
You can download paint shop pro off any torrent site...just make sure its says its a 'cracked' version with a keygen or has a working serial key. Piracy...if its ok for the government, its ok for me! |

GIMP - Freeware version of Photoshop effectively with allot of the same functions. Can be a bit daunting.
I use PAINT.NET which is extremely good, well featured and would probably equate to a Freeware version of Paintshop Pro. |
